- Facility Manager Lives On Property
- Three board wood fence for 3 paddocks and 120 x 80 riding ring. Riding ring contains a limited selection of jumps and all weather footing.
- Three stall barn complete with (2) 12x12 stalls and (1) 12x16 stall, hayloft, and tack/feed room. Stalls have stall guards, hay racks, 2 water buckets/stall, and large feed bins. 2 sets of indoor X-ties and one outdoor set of X-ties with hot/cold running water.
- Private parking for horse facility
- Large organic garden with produce available for purchase
- Recycling bins located on property
- All hay and stall bedding located in hayloft for a reduced dust living environment
- Long turnout times in fair weather keeps horses happy and reduces waste to muck heap
- Stalls are bedded with chemical free dust free bedding. Bedding is very absorbent; reducing the amount used day to day, reducing muck heap size. While this bedding is not obtained locally, we order large quantities at a time to reduce transportation.
- Premium, locally grown hay. Looking for local pesticide free and/or organic hay grower.
- Premium, locally mixed grain. High fat/low starch content for regular horses and diet grain for overweight horses/ponies.
- Premium organic supplements as required by individuals horses
- All water buckets on premises cleaned with chemical-free solution
- Water provided by on-site well and not chemically treated city water
- Water from buckets is recycled and used on organic garden
- Compost from muck heap is used on organic garden
- All natural fly control products used on horses and facility grounds
- Our horse hauling F-350 dually runs on biodiesel - a renewable fuel source.
- Our Sundowner Sunlite 740 - 4 Horse Head to Head trailer minimizes the number of trips we need to make when going to a show.
