Many people have begun to realize that there are many benefits to buying locally and buying organic. From reducing pollutants from transporting food to market to reducing the amount of harmful chemicals you put in your body, if you're reading this page, chances are you've at least become more interested in learning what you're putting into your body.

We make every effort to ensure that our farming practices have minimal or positive impacts on the environment around us. For instance, we compost horse manure as well as spoiled or leftover food to provide nutrients for the soil for next year's crop. We choose the varieties of crops we grow as well as the surrounding plants for maximum bug species deflection. Water is provided from on-site rain barrels and a well and we've even incorporated a solar powered electric fence to keep out "critters" that want to enjoy our vegetables just as much as you do, such as the local deer herds.

You can usually find us at the Cumming Farmer's Market on Saturdays during their normal season. From time to time we'll either try other farmer's markets or be at a special event and won't be able to make it to Cumming, so please call us first to ensure we'll be there! If you're a restaurant owner and are interested in buying in volume, we'd also love to hear from you, though we need advance notice to ensure that we plant enough for your volume!
